Strategy, story and technology

The executive brain trust for founder‑led brands.

We lay out the facts, clear the story, and lead you to the decision. Then we build what the decision requires, and leave it with a team that can run it.

The practice

Five areas we own.

Most advisors hand you a deck. We build what it calls for. In each area, we own the decisions an executive would, and answer for them.

  1. 01

    Clarity Strategy and scope

Turn what the founder already knows into a plan the team can execute: positioning, roadmap, and a launch cut to what it requires.

  2. 02

    Platform Web and commerce

Choose, build and run the brand’s storefront: the platform, the site and the commerce behind it.

  3. 03

    Partners Vendor and agency oversight

The brand’s advocate when it buys: evaluating agencies and tools, scoping statements of work, and health checks on engagements that feel off.

  4. 04

    Operations Systems and delivery

The structure that makes launches predictable: program leadership, an operating rhythm, and audits of cost and tools.

  5. 05

Applied AI A person approves every step

If you still run the house by hand, we automate the repetitive work: orders, samples, follow‑ups, reports. A person approves every step, and AI never touches your brand’s voice.

Questions founders bring us

You may already be asking these.

Each answer gives you something and costs you something later. We show you both, then stay until you’ve decided.

  1. Everyone has an opinion. What do we do next, and what do we stop?

We put every ask on one list, cut it to what matters, and bring the founders and leadership to one plan.

  2. Do we hire, bring in an agency, or build it ourselves?

We weigh each path against what the work needs, then help you build the team or choose the partner.

  3. How do we sell a scent no one can smell?

We shape how the story reaches people before the scent does, and connect each sample to the purchases that follow.

  4. Who is the face of the brand?

A muse, the founder or the bottle. Each carries the story differently. A house built around one muse has one story. A house that gives each muse her own volume has a way to add new chapters.

    VOL. IVOL. IIVOL. III
  5. Our stockists, our site and our finance team each report a different number. Which one is true?

We bring the site, the stores and the reports into one view, and automate the repetitive work behind them. A person approves every step.

  6. The agency bills every month. What did we actually get?

We check what was contracted against what was delivered, and plan the fallback before anything changes.

If one of these is yours, begin there.

Selected situations

What was believed. What the facts showed. What changed.

Each one began with a confident explanation. Each turned on what the evidence showed. They come from our consulting work and our founder’s operating roles.

i

“Here’s what we send to partners.”

Our consulting workAn indie fragrance house

The real story was never on the page.

We uncovered the narrative behind the brand, mapped the website that tells it, and turned a flat PDF into an experience partners can explore.

The full account

What was shared

The house shared the PDF it sends to future partners.

What the facts showed

You can’t sniff a PDF. Partners were being asked to start a relationship with a fragrance through a flat document, and the founder’s own story wasn’t on the page.

What changed

The PDF became a website partners can explore.

ii

“The vendor is on track.”

Our founder, before PrismatyxVendor oversight

On paper, on track. In practice, fewer than half the team we were paying for.

Our founder recommended pausing and then ending the engagement, with a fallback plan already in place that kept the work moving.

The full account

What was believed

A major vendor engagement was reported on schedule.

What the facts showed

A delivery health check by our founder found fewer than half of the contracted engineers active.

What changed

Paused, then ended, with the fallback already moving.

iii

“We need these features built.”

Our experienceA healthcare company

The features weren’t the gap. The roadmap was.

Each executive was pushing the needs of their own track. We aligned them on one roadmap, then built the team to deliver it.

The full account

What was asked

Each executive asked for features for their own track.

What the facts showed

There was no single roadmap. Every request competed with every other.

What changed

One roadmap, and a team built to deliver it.

After

A quieter house.

  • Monday begins with one plan, and everyone at the table agreed to it.
  • The story on the page is the one you tell in person.
  • The site, the stores and the spreadsheet say the same thing.
  • The samples go out and the follow‑ups go with them. A person approved each one.
  • The agency is held to what the contract says, and the fallback is already written.
  • Your team runs it. The week is yours again: the formula, the bottle, the next chapter.

A prism adds no light. It shows what was in it all along.

The standard

A brain trust, not more hands.

“We partner using technology in service of the people, not the other way around. We don’t make you dependent on us. We help you outgrow us. That is what builds the relationship, and how we grow together.”

“Figure out what it actually needs, build that structure, and make ourselves unnecessary.”

Our founder’s record, before Prismatyx

Programs delivered for Clinique, Calvin Klein, Procter & Gamble, Google and AT&T.

  • 47 → 22competing asks cut to what mattered, agreed with founders and the C-suite
  • $40Mportfolio of programs led

The technology behind the brand, built and handed to the team that runs it.

Where we began

Our work began in creative technology, beside the world’s beauty brands.

It took shape inside creative technology agencies and social media platforms, where we were the agency’s technical face for brands like Calvin Klein and Clinique, running the relationship and translating each brand’s vision into the technology that carried it.

That is why fragrance and beauty feel like home. Today we work inside the fragrance community: an independent house, a creator, and a collection app of our own.

The same work serves any founder‑led brand.

How we work

The Residency.

One engagement. Think of it as a chief of staff in residence: we come in beside you, put the house in order, and stay until your team can run it without us.

  1. I

    Introduction

We hear what you’re working on. If someone else would serve you better, we say so.

  2. II

    The reading

Every ask, contract and number goes on the table until what the business needs is plain.

  3. III

    One plan

Founders and leadership agree on what moves forward and what stops.

  4. IV

    The build

Story, storefront, partners, one view and the rhythm to run it. Nothing goes live without your approval.

  5. V

    The handoff

Your team runs it. You own every file and account. We’ll tell you when you don’t need us.

The Residency begins with an introduction.
